How do I add items to my shopping cart?
You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.

How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Delete Item" icon located within the shopping cart at the far right of each row. If you want to delete all items from your cart, you need to press the "Empty Shopping Cart" button located under "Cart Tools."

Is the ordering process secure?

YES. Our site features live online order tracking. If you've ordered from PCM Canada.com by phone and did not receive an internet password from your agent, please call 888-777-6800.

What is your return policy?
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, PCM Canada.com will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 15 days of the original purchase date. Click here for details.

My order was supposed to come with a rebate, but I can't find it. How can I get the rebate?
You can obtain your replacement rebate from Rebate Central.

How can I change the email address on my account?
Unfortunately, as the email address is your account identifier, you can't change that. You'll need to create a new account with the new information.

I sent a rebate a while ago - how do I check the status?
There is a contact phone number or web address on the rebate coupon that you submitted. Use that information to get in touch with the rebate fulfillment center. To get a copy of the rebate coupon, please visit our Rebate Center.

How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please call us at 888-777-6800 or contact us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
