Phil Soper

Phil Soper is the President of PCM Canada. Phil is responsible for all Canadian business and operations, which includes Acrodex, TigerDirect Canada and Stratiform. The executive teams within the three organisations report to Phil, who has direct ties to the leadership team of PCM Inc.

Farooq Ahmed

Farooq Ahmed is the Senior Financial Controller, and has been with Acrodex for more than 15 years. He has more than 20 years of controller experience, with a focus in finance.

Cyrille Armand

Cyrille Armand is the Vice President for Enterprise Solutions. With more than 20 years of executive experience, Armand focuses on building strong teams. He places the customer at the core by aligning innovative and transformational technology to enrich business outcomes.

Hugh Gray

Hugh Gray is the Vice President of Managed and Technical Services. Hugh is a dedicated leader with extensive management experience. He has been with Acrodex since 2006, and is responsible for the delivery of Managed IT services, Professional Services and Technical Services to key customers. His focus is on operational, tactical and strategic plans for new and existing clients.

Karim Ismail

Karim has been the Vice President for Services Accounts for more than 21 years. His customer-first approach and his first-hand knowledge of large accounts such as City of Calgary and Alberta Health Services make him ideally suited to lead this team.

Michael D'Amelio

Michael is the Vice President of TigerDirect Canada. Michael has vast sales and management experience and has been able to progress into various leadership roles in his career. Michael has incredible knowledge, passion, and dedication that will to transform our TigerDirect Canada brand in alignment with our PCM Canada vision.

Shawn Ambrose

Shawn is the VP, Field Sales, Solutions and Business Development, including Pre-Sales, Software, Microsoft, Stratiform and Cloud Managed Services solutions. Shawn possess 20 years' experience in the Canadian IT industry in various leadership roles. He has a passion for helping businesses navigate through the digital ecosystem of rapid change and demand, while empowering them to leverage best-fit solutions to grow their business.

Shawn Sutton

Shawn Sutton is the Director, Human Resources and Corporate Services. He has more than 15 years experience in human resources and has been with Acrodex since 2010. He manages a range of human resource teams and programs on a national scale.

Carlisle London

Carlisle is the Vice President of Operations and Planning for PCM Canada, overseeing various functions which include Purchasing, ISO / Quality Assurance, Rebates, Inside Sales, and Warehouse Operations. Carlisle holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and has extensive experience and knowledge in finance, business processes, and operations.

Robi Chamas

Robi Chamas is the Director of Sales for Western Canada and has been with PCM since 2009. Robi leads teams of sales managers and account executives in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, and Winnipeg who deliver best in class IT solutions to public and private sector organizations in Western Canada and the Terriroties. Robi is always thinking of new ways to deliver innovation to our clients, and grow PCM Canada into the top IT solutions provider in Canada.
